Hiring: Operations & AI Intelligence Manager
We are looking for a highly organised and analytical Operations & AI Intelligence Manager to help build the operational backbone of our organisation.
This role sits at the intersection of operations, research, AI tools, and decision support. You will work closely with leadership to organise workflows, track team execution, build research intelligence, and create clear reports and presentations that drive better decision-making.
If you enjoy bringing structure to chaos, experimenting with AI tools, and building smart systems, this role will give you significant ownership and exposure.
This role requires regular in-person collaboration with leadership in South Delhi.
While some work may be done remotely, the candidate should be based in proximity and available for in-person meetings multiple times per week.
Operational Systems
• Build and maintain internal dashboards using tools like Notion / ClickUp
• Organise documents, reports, and research into structured knowledge systems
• Create visibility into projects and team progress
• Ensure leadership has a clear overview of ongoing work
• Track tasks assigned to team members
• Monitor progress and identify delays or blockers
• Follow up with teams on deliverables and timelines
• Maintain a real-time overview of team execution
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Cross-check and validate research produced by internal teams
• Build structured research summaries and insights
• Maintain a well-organised research library
