We are currently looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Quality Analyst (International Voice Process) with 1+ years of experience to join our team in Gurgaon (Work from Office).

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

-Audit calls, chats, and emails; share feedback and reports with managers

-Identify improvement areas and create performance reports for agents

-Conduct case investigations and manage escalations

-Monitor employee performance through recorded audits

-Analyze process performance through data audits and trend analysis

-Support coaching & development initiatives to enhance customer service quality

-Ensure timely closure of audit targets and reporting

-Contribute to process updates, improvements, and special projects

-Plan, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks efficiently

✅ What We’re Looking For:

-Minimum 1+ year of experience as a QA in an International Process (Voice)

-Excellent verbal & written communication skills

-Strong coaching & training abilities (training experience preferred)

-Active listening skills with attention to detail

-Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) & Google Docs

-Strong analytical, reporting, and interpersonal skills

-Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

-Self-motivated, team player, and performance-driven

🎓 Qualification:

UG: Any Graduate (Any Specialization)

PG: Any Postgraduate (Any Specialization)
