Role Description

The Operational Manager – Korba, Chhattisgarh is a full-time, on-site role responsible for overseeing daily operations at the Korba location. This role involves planning and coordinating operational activities, monitoring workflows, and ensuring that processes run efficiently and safely. The Operational Manager will manage teams, allocate resources, and track performance against targets and service standards. The role includes resolving operational issues, maintaining compliance with company policies and local regulations, and implementing process improvements. The Operational Manager will also collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to support business objectives, prepare regular reports, and contribute to strategic planning for the site.


Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in operations management, including planning, coordination, and process optimization.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience supervising teams, managing performance, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Solid understanding of safety, compliance, and quality standards relevant to on-site operational activities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders and resolve conflicts constructively.
  • Proficiency in using basic office software, reporting tools, and data analysis to monitor operational metrics and prepare documentation.
  • Ability to work on-site in Korba, Chhattisgarh, and adapt to changing operational demands and schedules.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field is preferred; equivalent practical experience will be considered.
  • Prior experience in a similar on-site operational role, especially in industrial or service sectors, is an advantage.
