Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as an Onsite Manager located in Chikkamagaluru. The Onsite Manager will supervise and coordinate daily activities, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget. Responsibilities include managing project timelines, overseeing contractors and construction workers, ensuring workplace safety, and maintaining compliance with all regulations. The role requires regular communication with stakeholders to provide updates on project progress and resolve potential issues promptly.

• Proven skills in construction project supervision, site management, and scheduling.
• Experience in ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management.
• Knowledge of construction materials, techniques, and quality management practices.
• Strong organizational and team management abilities to oversee contractors and laborers.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in construction management, particularly in on-site roles, is an asset.
• Proficiency in project management tools and basic computer applications is advantageous.
