Onsite engineer JD :

Hardware support – installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of servers.

Networking – LAN/WAN setup, cabling, IP addressing, switch configuration.

Operating systems – Windows Server, Linux administration.

Incident & ticket management

Rack & stack – physical installation, patching, labeling.

Backup & recovery – knowledge of RAID, storage systems.

Security & compliance – access control.

Soft skills – communication, documentation, teamwork, shift flexibility.
