Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for an Online Coding Mentor - US Shift. The mentor will conduct interactive and engaging coding sessions with students, guiding them through hands-on projects and activities. Responsibilities include explaining coding concepts, troubleshooting code, and ensuring students understand and apply what they learn. Mentors will adapt teaching methods based on individual student needs and provide constructive feedback to enhance their learning experience.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of programming languages such as Python, Web Development , or Scratch
• Experience in coding instruction, online teaching, or designing interactive learning materials
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills to engage students effectively
• Ability to adapt teaching styles to cater to individual learning needs and levels
• Experience working with children or young learners, with patience and enthusiasm
• Reliable internet connection and comfort with remote teaching tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Education, or related fields is preferred
• Previous mentoring or coding experience is a plus

Note-

This role requires you to deliver 5 hours of teaching every day in either of the following shifts:

• 02:30 AM to 07:30 AM IST
• 08:30 PM to 01:30 AM IST
