Job Description

The One Identity Developer is responsible for designing, developing, configuring, and supporting Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions using One Identity Manager. The role involves system customization, workflow development, integration with enterprise applications, and ensuring compliance with security and governance standards. Experience of 6+ years will be required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design & Development
  • Develop and configure solutions in One Identity Manager (OIM).
  • Customize:
  • IT Shop (Service Catalog)
  • Approval workflows
  • Policies and rules
  • Attestation campaigns
  • Role-based access control (RBAC)
  • Implement custom scripts using VB.NET / C# in OIM.
  • Integration & Provisioning
  • Integrate OIM with:
  • Active Directory
  • Azure AD
  • SAP
  • ServiceNow
  • HR systems
  • Configure connectors and synchronization workflows.
  • Implement automated joiner-mover-leaver (JML) processes.
  • Database & Technical Expertise
  • Strong experience in:
  • SQL Server
  • Complex queries and stored procedures
  • Work with:
  • Designer
  • Manager
  • Web Portal
  • Job Service
  • Perform data migration and bulk upload activities.
