RentOK is a B2B SaaS platform built for managed accommodation operators — PGs, hostels, and co-living spaces. We help operators run their entire rental business on one platform: rent collection, bed management, tenant tracking, notices, and more. Role Overview

As an Onboarding Executive, you are the bridge between a closed deal and a happy, active customer. Once the sales team signs a client, you take over — you'll visit them, set up their account, migrate their existing data, and train them (and their staff) until they're fully comfortable using RentOK independently. You'll also identify upsell opportunities and represent the RentOK brand in every client interaction.

Key Responsibilities

Client Onboarding & Setup

  • Own the end-to-end onboarding journey for every new client post-sale closure
  • Travel to client locations to set up RentOK accounts and configure the platform to their specific operational needs
  • Migrate existing data (tenant records, payment history, bed inventory) into the system accurately
  • Coordinate with the internal tech team to resolve any setup or configuration issues


Training & Enablement

  • Conduct hands-on training sessions for PG/hostel owners and their staff
  • Walk clients through day-to-day workflows: rent collection, tenant management, notices, reporting, and more
  • Create a go-live plan for each client and ensure they are independently operating within the agreed timeline
  • Follow up with clients post-onboarding to address questions and ensure adoption


Product Knowledge

  • Develop a deep, working knowledge of the RentOK product — every feature, workflow, and use case
  • Stay updated on new feature releases and incorporate them into training sessions
  • Provide structured feedback from clients to the product team


Upselling & Account Growth

  • Identify upsell opportunities for RentOK add-on products during and after onboarding
  • Communicate the value of premium features naturally during training conversations
  • Coordinate with the sales team for formal upsell closures
What We're Looking For
  • 1–3 years of experience in customer onboarding, implementation, or customer success — preferably in a SaaS or tech company
  • Strong communication skills in Hindi and English
  • Comfortable with field travel — this role involves visiting clients at their PG/hostel locations
  • Tech-savvy and a fast learner; ability to understand and explain software to non-technical users
  • Patient, structured trainer who can simplify complex workflows for first-time users
  • Organised, self-driven, and comfortable managing multiple onboarding processes in parallel
  • Prior experience in EdTech, PropTech, or B2B SaaS onboarding is a strong plus

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary - ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Performance Incentive Details

  • A fixed monthly incentive of ₹3,000 is paid when onboarding quality meets both criteria:
  • ≥ 95% positive ratings on the Onboarding Checklist for the month
  • Positive owner acknowledgement message received on the designated WhatsApp group post-onboarding
  • Travel expenses (TA) reimbursed on actuals as per company policy
