Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive who will drive business growth, onboarding, and market expansion for Gram ecosystem products including POS, partner onboarding, and delivery network expansion in new areas.

This is a field + business development role focused on retail adoption and hyperlocal expansion.

Key Responsibilities

1. Gram POS Onboarding

  • Visit retail shops and onboard them to Gram POS system
  • Explain billing, inventory, and order management features
  • Set up accounts and ensure smooth first-time usage

2. Gram Partner Onboarding

  • Identify and onboard new business partners (stores, vendors, local sellers)
  • Help partners understand commission, order flow, and platform benefits
  • Ensure active usage after onboarding

3. New Area Expansion

  • Identify untapped local markets (towns, colonies, retail clusters)
  • Conduct field visits and generate leads
  • Build strong merchant network in assigned territory

4. Delivery Boy Onboarding

  • Recruit and onboard delivery partners in new zones
  • Verify basic details and ensure app activation
  • Coordinate with operations for smooth activation

5. Sales & Growth

  • Drive monthly onboarding targets
  • Convert leads into active users
  • Maintain daily field reports and performance updates 



Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong communication and convincing ability
  • Field sales or FMCG/telecom experience preferred
  • Basic smartphone + app usage knowledge
  • Ability to work in local market / travel daily
  • Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
