📍 Location: Gurgaon (Some flexibility for remote work)

💰 Compensation: ₹10–20 LPA

RemDesk is hiring on behalf of one of our rapidly growing global e-commerce SaaS clients that's transforming how businesses manage multichannel commerce.

Our client powers 28,000+ businesses worldwide through an enterprise SaaS platform that helps brands manage orders, inventory, listings, and workflows across marketplaces and online storefronts using 1,300+ integrations.

As they continue expanding their India team, they're looking for an Onboarding Specialist to deliver an exceptional customer onboarding experience and help ecommerce businesses successfully implement and adopt the platform.

🚀 What You'll Own

Customer Onboarding & Implementation

Lead the end-to-end onboarding journey for ecommerce brands, ensuring a smooth transition onto the platform.

Solution Delivery

Understand customer requirements, configure solutions, and guide clients through successful implementation.

Workflow Automation

Leverage APIs and existing integrations to streamline workflows across ecommerce, logistics, accounting, CRM, and ERP systems.

Customer Success & Product Adoption

Partner closely with customers to maximise platform adoption, resolve implementation challenges, and deliver long-term success.

Product Collaboration

Work alongside Product and Engineering teams to improve onboarding processes and enhance the customer experience for the Indian market.

Performance & Optimization

Continuously identify opportunities to improve implementation quality, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

✅ What We're Looking For

• 2–5 years of experience in Customer Onboarding, SaaS Implementation, Customer Success, Technical Consulting, or Solutions Delivery.
• Experience working with e-commerce SaaS products.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, Git, and MySQL.
• Basic working knowledge of PHP or Python is preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to independently manage multiple implementation projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Language Requirement

• Fluent English (B2+ or above).
• Proficiency in at least one of the following:
• Hindi
• Tamil
• Telugu
• Kannada
• Marathi
• Gujarati
• Bengali
