Role: Infrastructure Ops Engineer -Teams/O365 Location : Bengaluru, Karnataka 560103, India (Hybrid) Duration: Offshore 6 Months Contract To Hire FOCUS : End User Computing & L3 Support Grade : 9(2), 10(2),11(1) Job Description: Job Duties: Understanding the use of the tools that we deploy to help our users collaborate Understanding why we have selected these tools to be the current standard Perform advanced troubleshooting of products supported with the aid of technical documents published by vendor and other industry professionals Be the last point of escalation for matters of enforcing IT policy Support customers by escalating their incidents to vendors in the event of a product break Analyze trends and patterns of issues among users to identify systematic problems Write user support and technical documentation for user and helpdesk consumption to assist in use of the products you support Basic Qualifications: 3 years (Grade 9), 3-5 years (Grade 10), 5-7 years (Grade 11) minimum experience administrating: Microsoft Teams ? meeting policies, app policies, team membership, team policies Microsoft SharePoint ? SharePoint policies, retention policies, access permissions Microsoft OneDrive ?
