Job Description
JOB PURPOSE
Support the organization’s Continuous Improvement agenda by executing data analysis, documenting and optimizing business processes, facilitating Lean projects, and assisting in project management activities.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Deliver accurate data analysis, reports, and dashboards.
- Document and maintain process maps, SOPs, and work instructions; identify inefficiencies.
- Conduct Lean awareness sessions; Kaizen, 5S, VSM initiatives.
- Facilitate improvement projects using A3 Problem solving/ Kaizens /DMAIC.
- Support project initiation, tracking, and closure, including risks, budgets, and lessons learned.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
- Bachelor’s (Engineering, Business Administration, IT, Logistics).
- +2 Years of practical experience in a related field.
- Strong MS Excel; Power BI preferred.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt; Project Management certification is an advantage.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- English fluency (spoken & written).
