Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India, for an Office Boy cum clerk supporting a legal practice at the Supreme Court of India. The role involves managing routine clerical tasks such as filing documents, organizing case files, photocopying, and handling incoming and outgoing mail. Responsibilities include operating basic office equipment, maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of the office, and running errands within nearby offices or courts as needed. The Office Boy cum clerkwill assist with receiving visitors, Serving refreshment. The role requires punctuality, professionalism, and the ability to follow instructions carefully while maintaining confidentiality in all work-related matters.

Qualifications

• Strong clerical and office boy skills including filing, record-keeping, and basic documentation management.
• Administrative assistance capabilities, such as supporting office staff, handling mail, and performing simple data entry.
• Good communication skills, including polite interaction with visitors, colleagues, and external contacts.
• Knowledge of basic office equipment operation, such as photocopiers, printers, scanners, and telephones.
