Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Assistant / Stenographer to support daily administrative and documentation tasks in the Registrar Office. The ideal candidate should have good computer knowledge and typing skills, be organized, and be able to handle office documentation and clerical responsibilities efficiently. Candidates from nearby locations of Narela will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Typing and preparing official documents, letters, and reports.
- Maintaining office files, records, and documentation.
- Assisting in drafting correspondence and data entry.
- Handling basic stenography tasks including note-taking and transcription.
- Managing incoming and outgoing documents.
- Assisting visitors and coordinating with office staff when required.
- Supporting day-to-day administrative activities in the Registrar Office.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Good computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, email, etc.).
- Good typing speed is mandatory.
- Knowledge of Hindi and English typing preferred.
- Basic stenography skills will be an advantage.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of office records.
Experience:
- 0–3 years of relevant office or clerical experience preferred.
- Freshers with good typing skills may also apply.
Location Preference:
Candidates residing in Narela or nearby areas will be given preference for ease of commuting.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
