Greet and assist visitors or clients when they come to the branch.
Answer, screen and direct incoming phone calls professionally.
Provide basic information and direct queries to appropriate staff.
📍 Administrative Support
Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems.
Prepare and update documents—reports, correspondence, emails, and memos.
Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars for branch activities.
📍 Office Operations
Maintain and order office supplies; manage inventory.
Ensure the office is neat, well-organized and professional in appearance.
Assist with basic bookkeeping and data entry tasks as required.
📍 Team Support
Help team members with administrative tasks or documentation.
Support branch workflows to ensure smooth daily operations.
🔹 Skills & Qualifications✔ Education
Minimum: 12th pass (Higher Secondary) or equivalent.
✔ Skills
Basic English communication (reading, writing, speaking).
Good organizational and multitasking ability.
Basic computer skills — MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) helpful.
Attention to detail and ability to work in a team.
