Main Purpose:

The Sr. Lead Project Control – CBM will be the overall lead for planning, monitoring, and controlling development activities for CBM projects. These include cross-country pipelines, well sites, drilling and completion of wells, and surface facilities comprising extensive gas and water gathering pipeline networks, group gathering stations with gas compressors, and power generation and distribution networks, etc.

The role requires close coordination with multi-disciplinary teams to achieve the overall project objectives.

Job Accountabilities:

• Planning, monitoring, and reporting of all project activities, including schedule analysis (critical path analysis), and suggesting corrective actions / mitigation plans to meet the overall project schedule. The role also involves coordinating site activities with the site team.

• Preparation and assessment of integrated project and construction schedules; conducting periodic schedule risk analysis and suggesting remedial measures.

• Coordination with multi-disciplinary team members from project, subsurface, and drilling & completion (D&C) teams for monitoring, tracking, and updating project schedule activities, as applicable.

• Responsibility for MIS activities and generation of various reports, including assessments using analytical tools such as S-curves, front availability, asking rates, etc.

• Monitoring and controlling project expenditure against approved budgets and the project Estimate at Completion (EAC).

Skills Required:

• Well-conversant with project control tools such as MS Office, MS Project, Primavera, PowerPoint, Excel, and schedule risk analysis tools.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from a recognized university.

Experience:

• Minimum 15 years of relevant work experience in oil & gas projects.
