Role Description The Office Assistant role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Coimbatore Area. Responsibilities include handling day-to-day administrative tasks such as managing files and records, preparing basic documents, and supporting surveyors with claim-related paperwork. The role involves answering phone calls, directing inquiries, and maintaining professional phone etiquette with clients and insurance partners. The Office Assistant will operate office equipment, coordinate courier and mail handling, and ensure the office environment remains organized and efficient. This position also supports scheduling, data entry, and routine clerical activities to help streamline office operations.

Qualifications
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills, including clear and professional interaction with clients and internal teams.
- Administrative assistance and clerical skills, with the ability to manage records, prepare basic documents, and handle data entry accurately.
- Hands-on experience with office equipment such as printers, scanners, photocopiers, and basic computer systems.
- Basic proficiency in office software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, email) and ability to learn insurance-related systems.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a busy office environment.
- Ability to work on-site in the Greater Coimbatore Area and collaborate effectively with surveyors and other team members.
- Minimum of a diploma or degree such as B.E or B.Tech
- Prior experience in an office support role, preferably in insurance, finance, or professional services, is beneficial but not mandatory.
