Sancta Maria International School seeks a proactive and detail-oriented Office Assistant to provide administrative and operational support across various school functions. The Office Assistant will be responsible for managing government portal-related work, maintaining accurate records, supporting documentation processes, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of the administrative office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and process work related to the FRRO (Foreigners Regional Registration Office) portal.
  • Handle UDISE portal data entry, updates, and documentation with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Operate and manage other government portals and statutory compliance platforms as required.
  • Prepare, organise, and maintain physical and digital records, files, and official documentation.
  • Draft reports, letters, certificates, and official correspondence as required.
  • Ensure systematic maintenance of filing systems and confidential records.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external agencies to facilitate administrative processes.
  • Support the day-to-day operations of the administrative office and provide assistance during school events and inspections.
  • Assist with data collection, documentation, and compliance-related activities.
  • Undertake any other responsibilities assigned by the school leadership or management.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of administrative experience, preferably in an educational institution or office environment.
  • Experience in handling government portals such as FRRO, UDISE, or similar statutory platforms will be preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
