Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Office Administration role located in Gurugram. The Office Administrator will oversee daily office operations, maintain office efficiency, and ensure smooth workflow. Responsibilities include administrative assistance, coordinating with various teams, managing office supplies, and assisting in accounting and customer service tasks.


I. Job Description

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Proven experience in administrative support and office operations management such as housekeeping, inventory, IT, logtistics, travel and field support etc.
  • Basic understanding of accounting processes, including expense tracking, invoicing, petty cash, reimbursements and record maintenance
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize efficiently
  • Hands-on experience in vendor management, including vendor onboarding, coordination, negotiation, and follow-ups, third-party vendors such as couriers, telecom services, printing etc.
  • High level of attention to detail and managing reception duties
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong problem-solving and adaptability skills


II. Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Working knowledge of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar)
  • Familiarity with basic accounting and banking related fieldwork is an advantage
  • Experience with email and calendar management


III. Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field
  • 2–3 years of experience in office administration, vendor management, or operations
  • Must be residing within or nearby Gurgaon location
  • Multi-tasking ability to perform day-to-day operations


Offered Remuneration - between ₹30,000 - ₹40,000 per month

Work location - Gurgaon

Joining - Immediate basis
