A veteran-owned company specializing in durable, high-quality coffee gear for camping and home, is Looking for:

Mission - Off Amazon Growth Manager

Build and scale profitable off-Amazon growth engines to reach 10% of Amazon sales by driving incremental D2C revenue, customer lifetime value, and brand equity. Own the strategy and execution across Google Ads, Paid Social Media, and Email Marketing, while continuously opening new off-Amazon acquisition channels.

Outcomes:

  • Grow Website revenue >20% by each quarter (compared to the same quarter) while maintaining contribution margin targets.
  • Drive incremental revenue primarily through off-Amazon paid
  • Prioritize scalable growth initiatives over one-time spikes in sales
  • Ensure growth does not come at the cost of retention, brand equity, or customer experience
  • Continuously identify underperforming spend and reallocate budget toward higher-return opportunities
  • Strategize and scale social commerce to account for >10% of total website sales.
  • Own the end-to-end paid social roadmap across Meta and hit revenue contribution targets
  • Prioritize high-intent prospecting to ensure social spend drives new customer acquisition rather than just retargeting existing traffic
  • Balance aggressive scaling WITH_REPLACED strict contribution margin guards to ensure social growth remains profitable.
  • Capture and convert high-intent demand to accelerate profitable D2C growth through Google Ads by maintaining the TACOS around 11%
  • Drive incremental revenue by dominating Google Search, Shopping, and Performance Max channels to capture existing market demand
  • Maintain strict alignment between search spend and contribution margin targets to ensure every click is a profitable investment
  • Continuously harvest search insights to inform product positioning and identify untapped off-Amazon market opportunities
  • Increase Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) by 20% through Email Marketing
  • Own the strategy for Email and SMS to drive a significant percentage of repeat revenue through personalized lifecycle flows
  • Continuously segment the database to identify at-risk customers and reallocate promotional efforts toward high-LTV segments
  • Update & deliver weekly/monthly profitability and performance report to Director of E-commerce

ELIGIBILITY:

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Finance, Engineering, Analytics, or related field
  • 4+ years experience in off-Amazon growth roles WITH_REPLACED hands-on execution
  • Advanced experience WITH_REPLACED Google Ads & Paid Social (Meta)
  • Email marketing (Klaviyo or equivalent)
  • Proven track record of owning revenue growth and CAC efficiency
  • Experience working WITH_REPLACED US-based D2C brands is a strong plus


EMPLOYMENT TYPE:

  • Full-time, remote, employment
  • Hours: The right person does not need to be given work hours however they will need to be available between 8:00pm-10:30pm IST to coordinate WITH_REPLACED California.
