Hiring for a Leading Auto Parts Manufacturing MNC Vadodara
Position: OE Sales (Senior Executive / Assistant Manager/Manager)
Location: Vadodara, Gujarat
Qualification: BE / MBA
Experience: 5+ Years
Industry: Automobile / OEM Sales
Key Skills Competencies
Knowledge of proprietary products Gaskets / Heat Shield
Exposure to Passenger Car / Tractor / Construction Equipment / Power Gen / Compressors / 2W / EV segments
Result-driven individual with strong target orientation
Strong negotiation new business development skills
Understanding of manufacturing process costing (preferred)
Excellent interpersonal stakeholder management skills
Job Responsibilities
New Business Development Domestic OEM (Identify, pursue finalize)
Market scanning, data collection technology intelligence (Gaskets)
Generate RFQs evaluate suitability
Coordinate with customers cross-functional teams
Customer visits for project tracking competitor analysis
Review LOI, contracts suggest business-aligned changes
Handle customer interface for samples, proto PPAP submission
Strategy Expectations
Strong business acumen to understand market potential
Define Go-To-Market strategy with opportunities risks
Build strong RFQ funnel with 30% strike rate year-on-year
Protect existing domestic business track technology shifts
Grow business through new RFQs with existing new customers
