Shree Vijayvargiya Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a result-driven OEM Sales Engineer with experience in industrial automation sales or OEM marketing. If you enjoy building strong client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and working with automation technologies, this role could be a great fit for you.

We are seeking a professional who can develop OEM partnerships, understand automation product applications, and expand our market presence in the industrial automation sector.

• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with OEM clients and industrial customers
• Identify and approach new prospects, OEM manufacturers, and automation system integrators
• Understand client requirements and recommend industrial automation solutions
• Conduct market research to identify gaps, trends, and potential business opportunities
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure
• Coordinate with internal technical teams to support automation product selection and proposals
• Regularly visit customers for business development, relationship management, and project discussions
• Maintain disciplined reporting of sales activities, opportunities, and customer interactions

• Minimum 3 years' experience in OEM sales, industrial automation sales, or technical marketing
• Basic to intermediate understanding of automation products such as PLCs, sensors, drives, HMIs, motion control, or industrial control systems
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to identify new customers, market gaps, and growth opportunities
• Self-driven, disciplined, and professional work ethic

• Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM
• Weekly Off: Sunday
• Travel: Customer visit travel expenses will be reimbursed
• Compensation: Salary as per industry standards
