Job Description
I. Job Summary This intermediate level position is part of a team responsible for the HR Organization's reporting and analytics needs. The HR Business Intelligence and Optimization India Analyst II is responsible for transforming HR data into actionable insights that drive organizational efficiency. This role focuses on developing dynamic data visualizations (ex: Power BI, Tableau), generating detailed data reports, and automating processes through scripting (ex: SQL, Python, R). The analyst will optimize workflows to enhance both internal HR operations and broader business functions while identifying patterns and trends that inform strategic decision-making. Working closely with technical teams and business stakeholders, the position bridges the gap between data-driven insights and practical, creative solutions for continuous improvement. II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Design and build interactive dashboards (Power BI, Tableau) to showcase HR metrics and organizational performance by creating clear and engaging visual reports that translate complex data into actionable insights. - Generate detailed reports by extracting and transforming data (SQL, Python, R). - Automate routine data collection and analysis tasks to improve efficiency and accuracy. - Analyze HR and operational data to identify trends, patterns, and potential areas for process improvements. - Work closely with HR, technical teams, and business stakeholders to understand their data needs and objectives. - Translate business requirements into technical solutions and ensure effective communication between teams. - Maintain comprehensive documentation of data processes, analysis methodologies, and automation scripts and ensure data handling practices comply with internal standards and relevant data privacy regulations. - Support ad-hoc projects and special initiatives by delivering timely and insightful analysis. - Proactively identify opportunities for innovation and operational enhancements across the organization. III. Qualifications A. Required Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree (accredited) - 0 to 5 years of experience. B. Preferred Qualifications ----------------------------------------------- - High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and four years or relevant experience IV.
