Job Description

Define and execute end-to-end OCM strategies aligned with business transformation goals
Conduct change impact assessments and stakeholder analysis across functions
Develop integrated change plans covering communication, training, engagement, and adoption
Communication & Engagement
Design and execute targeted communication strategies for impacted stakeholder groups
Create role-based messaging aligned to “What’s in it for me” for impacted employees
Training & Enablement
Define role based training strategies and enablement plans
Work with SMEs and business teams to develop training content and learning journeys
Ensure readiness of users prior to key transition milestones
Adoption & Measurement
Define success metrics and track adoption using KPIs (usage, readiness, sentiment, etc.)
Conduct readiness assessments and pulse surveys
Drive continuous improvement through feedback loops and reinforcement plans
Governance & Delivery Integration
Integrate OCM activities into overall program governance and delivery plans
Provide regular status updates, risk assessments, and insights to leadership
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, PMO, Delivery and business units

Required Qualifications

8–12 years of experience in Organizational Change Management, Business Transformation, or Consulting
Experience managing large scale workforce transitions (e.g., M&A, employee migration, operating model changes)
Strong understanding of change management frameworks (e.g., ADKAR or equivalent)
Experience working in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
Deep client facing experience in support of large change management efforts.
