Job Summary:

We are hiring an experienced Nursing Superintendent to manage and supervise nursing services at our hospital in Surat/Bharuch. The candidate will ensure high-quality patient care, efficient operations, and compliance with NABH standards.

• Supervise and manage nursing staff across all departments
• Ensure high standards of patient care and safety protocols
• Plan duty rosters, staffing, and shift management
• Implement nursing policies and clinical procedures
• Monitor staff performance and maintain discipline
• Coordinate with doctors and other departments
• Ensure NABH compliance and documentation
• Handle patient complaints and resolve issues efficiently
• Conduct training and development programs for nursing staff
• Maintain infection control and hygiene standards
• Manage nursing supplies and inventory

• Leadership and team management
• Strong communication skills
• Knowledge of NABH and hospital operations
• Problem-solving ability
• Ability to handle emergencies

• Experience in multi-specialty hospitals
• NABH accreditation exposure
• Strong administrative skills
