About the Role

We are looking for an experienced National Sales Manager to lead PAN India business development and drive revenue growth in Telecom CPE Recovery, Reverse Logistics, Asset Lifecycle Management, Broadband, DTH, and IPTV businesses. The ideal candidate should have a strong techno-commercial background with proven expertise in sales, customer engagement, strategic partnerships, and business expansion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive PAN India business development and achieve revenue growth targets.
  • Generate new business opportunities through customer acquisition and strategic account management.
  • Lead techno-commercial discussions, commercial proposals, pricing, and contract negotiations.
  • Manage Customer Premises Equipment (CPE) recovery operations, including ONT, Routers, Set-Top Boxes (STB), DTH, IPTV, and Broadband assets.
  • Develop strategies to maximize asset recovery, refurbishment, redeployment, and monetization.
  • Build and manage a nationwide network of recovery, logistics, and refurbishment partners.
  • Own business P&L, profitability, budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization.
  • Monitor business performance through MIS, dashboards, KPIs, SLA, and TAT compliance.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Lead strategic initiatives, business transformation, and process improvement projects.
  • Mentor and lead cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 12+ years of experience in Telecom, Broadband, DTH, IPTV, CPE Recovery, Reverse Logistics, or Asset Lifecycle Management.
  • Strong experience in Techno-Commercial Sales, Business Development, and Strategic Account Management.
  • Proven expertise in CPE Recovery, Reverse Logistics, Refurbishment, and Asset Monetization.
  • Experience managing business P&L, revenue growth, commercial negotiations, and profitability.
  • Strong knowledge of Telecom asset lifecycle management and supply chain operations.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Experience managing PAN India operations and partner ecosystems.
Educational Qualification
  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Engineering.
  • MBA in Sales or Marketing will be preferred.
Preferred Candidate Profile
  • Experience in Telecom OEM, Broadband, DTH, IPTV, Reverse Logistics, Asset Recovery, or Managed Services organizations.
  • Strong leadership experience with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to drive business growth, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction.
