We are seeking a skilled North Indian Chef with a minimum of two years of experience to join us in a full-time capacity. The chef will be responsible for preparing traditional North Indian cuisine, curating menus, cooking meals with high-quality ingredients, and ensuring the kitchen runs efficiently while maintaining cleanliness and safety standards. This is an on-site role located in Hubli and requires collaboration with the kitchen team as well as maintaining customer satisfaction through exceptional culinary offerings.

• Proficiency in preparing a variety of traditional North Indian dishes, including curries, breads, and appetizers
• Experience with meal preparation techniques such as marination, tempering, and spice blending
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and kitchen equipment handling
• Menu planning skills and creativity in crafting new dishes while maintaining authenticity
• Ability to manage kitchen operations, order supplies, and reduce food wastage effectively
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Good communication skills to coordinate with team members and manage customer preferences
• Any culinary certification or formal training in North Indian cuisine will be a plus
• Prior experience in restaurant or hospitality settings is desirable
