JMIN is looking for a skilled Non-IT Recruiter with significant experience in the USA construction sector to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for construction roles, and a deep understanding of the industry’s unique requirements and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Talent Acquisition: Identify, attract, and hire top talent for various roles within the construction sector.
• Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing strategies, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to build a strong candidate pipeline.
• Screening and Interviewing: Conduct thorough screening and interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive hiring practices within the construction sector.
• Reporting: Provide regular recruitment metrics and reports to senior management.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience, with at least 1 years focused in USA.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Skills:
• Strong understanding of the construction industry and its specific hiring needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and other recruitment software.
