Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Non-IT Recruiter with strong exposure to BFSI hiring on a Contract-to-Hire (C2H) model. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, understanding of BFSI roles, and proven ability to close positions within timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment for non-IT roles within BFSI (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance).

Manage C2H hiring in BFSI/Investment Banking

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases.

Screen, assess, and shortlist candidates based on client requirements.

Conduct initial HR interviews and evaluate communication, attitude, and job fit.

Coordinate with hiring managers for interview scheduling and feedback.

Neg opting offers, manage documentation, and ensure smooth onboarding.

Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring reports.

Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for recurring BFSI requirements.

Mandatory Skills & Requirements

1-4 years of experience in non-IT recruitment, preferably in BFSI.

Strong hands-on experience in C2H / Contract staffing.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proven ability to close roles under tight deadlines.

Familiar with job portals (Naukri, indeed, Monster), LinkedIn sourcing.

Good stakeholder management and client-facing experience.

Ability to handle high-volume hiring
