Job Summary:

We are seeking enthusiastic Non-IT Talent Acquisition Specialists/Recruiters with 2-8 years of proven experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition or related roles (preferred in an Ed-tech, K-12 segment, Competitive Exam segments or Similar industries).

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of new hires.
  • Handle high-volume recruitment while maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and quality.
  • Collaborate with management to understand business needs and develop effective hiring strategies accordingly.
  • Ensure all hiring requirements are fulfilled within specific deadlines without compromising the quality.
  • Prepare and share regular recruitment reports and dashboards covering metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, offer-to-joining ratio, and attrition.
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through job portals, referrals, social media, and networking.



Qualifications Required:

  • 2-8 years of proven experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition or related roles (preferred in an Ed-tech, K-12 segment, Competitive Exam segments or Similar industries).
  • Strong track record & understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes 
  • Have hired candidates for roles like - Sales SDR-B2C, Sales BDA-B2C, Sales Managers-B2C, Onboarding specialists, UPSC Teachers, Operations and similar roles.
  • Experience handling bulk or high-volume hiring. 
  • Proficiency in using job portals, ATS tools, & Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
