• PAPI Payment Gateway
• IBM Middleware Services
• Payment Processing Interfaces
• Transaction Routing Services
• Settlement and Clearing Components
• Monitoring Platforms
• Monitoring & Event Management
• Monitor application availability and health using enterprise monitoring tools.
• Monitor business-critical payment services and transaction processing components.
• Validate alerts received from monitoring platforms.
• Perform event triage and impact assessment.
