Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP ABAP CRM Developer with strong expertise in SAP CRM Technical Development, Business Object Layer (BOL), GenIL, and Web UI Framework. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in developing, enhancing, and supporting SAP CRM applications, custom developments, integrations, and ABAP objects while working in a global SAP landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support SAP CRM technical solutions.
• Develop and enhance SAP CRM Web UI components using BOL and GenIL.
• Customize CRM business transactions, One Order Framework, and Middleware processes.
• Develop ABAP objects including Reports, Interfaces, Enhancements, BAdIs, User Exits, Smart Forms, and Function Modules.
• Work on CRM Web UI enhancements, component workbench, views, and controllers.
• Develop integrations between SAP CRM and ECC/S4HANA systems.
• Analyze and resolve production issues related to CRM technical components.
• Participate in requirement gathering, technical design, testing, and deployment activities.
• Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders.
