Night Auditor

Are you a night owl who enjoys a quiet work environment and keeping things organized? SpringHill Suites by Marriott is looking for a dependable Night Auditor to keep our hotel running smoothly while the rest of the world sleeps.

This role is the perfect mix of guest service and behind-the-scenes operations. You'll welcome late-arriving guests, help anyone who needs assistance overnight, and complete the nightly financial audit that prepares the hotel for the next day.

If you're someone who takes pride in doing things right, can work independently, and shows up when you're scheduled, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

Welcome late-night guests and provide friendly, professional service

Handle check-ins, check-outs, and guest requests overnight

Complete the hotel's nightly audit and balance daily transactions

Run reports and prepare the property for the morning team

Keep the lobby and front desk area clean and welcoming

Monitor the property overnight and ensure a safe environment for guests

Communicate important notes for the morning management team

What Makes a Great Night Auditor

✔ Reliable and punctual - the overnight team counts on you

✔ Comfortable working independently and staying productive overnight

✔ Friendly and professional with guests at all times

✔ Detail-oriented and organized

✔ Basic computer skills and willingness to learn hotel systems

✔ Previous hotel or customer service experience is helpful but not required

Schedule

This position works overnight shifts ( 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).

Applicants must be comfortable working overnights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
