Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site New Car Sales Consultant role located in Bengaluru East. The consultant will be responsible for engaging and guiding clients through the vehicle sales process, understanding customer needs, and delivering exceptional service experiences. The role involves showcasing vehicles, utilizing product knowledge to answer customer inquiries, maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure loyalty, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Qualifications
- Sales expertise in Automotive Sales and proven experience in driving vehicle sales
- Customer-focused skills, including Customer Satisfaction and Customer Retention
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and effective Communication abilities
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- Flexibility to work on-site and availability to work weekends when required
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field is preferred
