Network & Security Engineer

Experience: 56 Years Location: Ahmedabad Overview We are seeking a skilled Network & Security Engineer with strong hands-on experience in troubleshooting complex network issues and recreating them in lab environments such as GNS3 and EVE-NG. The role requires solid expertise in routing, switching, security, and multi-vendor platforms. Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot all types of network issues involving BGP, OSPF, MPLS, switching, and security. Recreate issues in GNS3, EVE-NG, or similar simulation platforms to analyze problems and validate solutions. Document recreated issues, root cause, lab setup, and final resolution. Work with SNMP, MIB, and network monitoring tools. Configure and support multiple vendor devices (Cisco, Juniper, Huawei, etc.). Support ISP-grade network environments and routing setups (preferred). Use advanced monitoring/automation protocols like Telemetry, NetConf, RestConf, TR-069. Collaborate with teams on upgrades, optimization, and network improvements. Required Skills 56 years of experience in networking and security. Strong command-line troubleshooting skills. Deep understanding of BGP, OSPF, MPLS, and core routing/switching concepts. Experience with multi-vendor network equipment. Practical experience in GNS3/EVE-NG for lab testing and issue simulation. Knowledge of CCNA/CCNP; CCIE is a strong advantage.
