This is a full-time, on-site role for a National Service Head, located in Lucknow. The National Service Head will oversee nationwide service operations, lead service teams, develop and implement service strategies, and ensure timely and efficient service delivery. Responsibilities include managing budgets, coordinating with stakeholders, monitoring operational performance, and ensuring adherence to quality standards. The role involves streamlining IT service management processes, fostering team development, and contributing to organizational growth.
- Proven ability in Team Leadership and Service Delivery with a strong focus on achieving organizational objectives and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Expertise in Budgeting and Operations Management to efficiently allocate resources, manage costs, and ensure smooth operations.
- Proficiency in IT Service Management to implement systems and processes that enhance service quality and reliability.
- Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities to develop effective service strategies and address challenges promptly.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a relevant field; a Master's degree is advantageous.
- Experience in MedTech, HealthTech, or a related industry is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
