Summary
Hexagon’s Q-DAS suite of quality data analysis and statistical process control software provides advanced manufacturing analytics, real-time monitoring, and quality optimization tools to global industrial customers. These solutions—including statistical process control (SPC), dimensional data management, and quality analytics—enable manufacturers to monitor processes, analyse quality trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve product quality and operational efficiency.
The Q-DAS product line is used by quality managers, engineers, production leads and analytics teams to ensure compliance, reduce scrap, and improve production outcomes across industries such as automotive, aerospace, industrial manufacturing and heavy engineering.
As the National Sales Manager – QDAS Business, you will lead the sales strategy, execution, and revenue growth for Hexagon’s Q-DAS portfolio across India. You will drive sales of SPC and data analytics solutions to discrete and process manufacturing customers, build strong customer relationships, translate market needs into opportunities, and collaborate cross-functionally to accelerate adoption.

As the National Sales Manager – QDAS Business, you will lead the sales strategy, execution, and revenue growth for Hexagon’s Q-DAS portfolio across India. You will drive sales of SPC and data analytics solutions to discrete and process manufacturing customers, build strong customer relationships, translate market needs into opportunities, and collaborate cross-functionally to accelerate adoption.
Job Responsibilities
Strategic Sales & Revenue Growth
- Develop and execute a national sales plan to achieve or exceed revenue targets for the Q-DAS portfolio.
- Identify key market segments, opportunities, and growth areas for quality analytics and process control solutions.
- Lead sales engagements with Quality, Operations, and Engineering leadership within target accounts.
- Drive consultative selling by aligning Q-DAS capabilities with customer challenges in quality monitoring, SPC, and process improvement.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and value propositions to technical and executive stakeholders.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline; accurately forecast and report sales metrics.
- Manage the full sales cycle—from lead generation through negotiation to closing.
- Work closely with Pre-Sales, Product Management, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to support solution design, proposals, and customer onboarding.
- Provide market feedback to Product teams to shape future roadmap and positioning.
- Stay informed of industry trends, competitive offerings, and customer needs in the quality analytics and SPC space.
- Represent Hexagon at industry events, webinars, and customer forums to enhance market presence.
- Mentor and guide regional sales representatives or partners (if applicable) aligned to Q-DAS.
- Foster a high-performance culture focused on customer success and revenue growth.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, or a related field MBA (preferred).
- 15+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, technical solutions sales, or industrial analytics solutions—preferably in manufacturing software, SPC, MES, or quality management domains.
- Proven track record in quota achievement and strategic account management.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality systems, SPC methodologies, and analytics solutions.
- Excellent communicator with strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage at both C-suite and technical levels.
- Experience managing complex sales cycles and cross-functional stakeholders.
