The Opportunity

When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs), you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services, from Advisory to Assurance, Tax and Business Services. In our innovative hubs, you’ll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. You’ll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.

As part of the Quality Engineering team you will lead the quality assurance efforts to promote applications meet the significant standards. As a Manager, you will oversee strategic planning and hands-on testing leadership while fostering a culture of quality throughout the software development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Oversee quality assurance efforts for software applications
Lead strategic planning for testing and quality initiatives
Foster a culture of quality throughout the development lifecycle
Mentor team members in testing methodologies and practices
Collaborate with development teams to secure quality standards
Analyze testing results to identify areas for improvement
Implement exemplary practices in quality engineering

What You Must Have

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
7 years of experience
Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

Strong understanding of E2E multitiered web applications architecture.
Proficiency in automation tools such as Playwright/Selenium, RestAssured, Postman, or similar.
Strong programming skills in languages like Java, Python, or JavaScript.
Experience with CI/CD tools and processes (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps)
Experience in performance and security testing.
Familiarity with BDD/TDD practices and tools (e.g., Cucumber, SpecFlow).
