Our client is a 60-year-old, privately held, and USA-manufactured lab and education furniture manufacturer. They are part of a 4th-generation family-owned business and are looking for a Business Development Manager to help launch their new A&D line and grow nationally. They are fresh off a rebrand with a new product portfolio, a new sales leader, and they have a strong quality and sustainability story to boot. Compensation for the role is extremely competitive as this is a highly impactful and critical hire with a base likely in the mid $100K range and annual bonus opportunity!
What You'll Do
- Call on A&D firms and end users
- Grow relationships with target dealer partners
- Develop annual business plans
What You'll Need
- Bachelor's degree
- 10+ years of sales experience within either A&D or dealer markets
- Excellent presentation skills
- Willing and able to travel 60%
