Multiple Openings – Winery Hospitality & Administration

JDM Farms is a family-run organic vineyard and orchard located in the Dunnigan Hills AVA of Yolo County, California, just outside Woodland.

Through Windmill Vineyard and Windmill Orchard, the farm grows premium wine grapes and certified organic olives for respected California producers, as well as its own estate brand, JDM Estate.

As the brand grows, JDM Estate is preparing to open a tasting room and expand its direct-to-consumer wine and olive oil program, creating new opportunities for talented professionals in the wine and hospitality industry.

We are beginning to connect with candidates for several upcoming roles including:

• Tasting Room Manager – lead hospitality operations and help build the tasting room program from the ground up

• Hospitality & Wine Sales – assist with guest experiences, tastings, and direct-to-consumer wine sales

• Administrative / Bookkeeping Support – support winery operations, accounting coordination, and general administration

These roles will help shape the next chapter of JDM Estate’s growth as a boutique estate brand.

We are interested in candidates who bring:

• Experience in winery hospitality, tasting rooms, or direct-to-consumer wine programs

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Interest in wine, agriculture, and estate-grown products

• Organizational skills and the ability to support a growing business

• A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for building something from the ground up

Experience in winery administration, bookkeeping, hospitality management, or wine sales is a plus depending on the role.
