Job Summary (List Format): MSF Trainer Karnataka

Role Purpose

To lead and deliver training and development programs for Levi s EBO teams in Karnataka, enhancing product knowledge, customer service, and retail performance to support business KPIs and foster a strong learning culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Training Delivery & Planning
  • Conduct regular in-store and virtual training across Levi s stores.
  • Deliver structured modules on products, customer service, grooming, and brand guidelines.
  • Train on selling techniques and brand communication.
  • Align training schedules with business needs in coordination with Operations.
  • LMS / Course Assignment & Completion Tracking
  • Assign mandatory and role-specific courses via LMS or manual trackers.
  • Track and ensure course completion by store teams.
  • Maintain documentation and compliance records for all trainings.
  • Training Needs Identification & Skill Development
  • Identify training needs with Store and Cluster Managers.
  • Conduct refresher sessions and development workshops based on performance gaps.
  • Promote continuous learning in retail fundamentals, customer interaction, and up-selling.
  • Reporting & Feedback
  • Submit weekly/monthly reports on training activities, participation, and outcomes.
  • Collect post-training feedback and recommend improvements.
  • Share actionable insights with Operations and HR teams.

Additional Key Responsibilities (Appraisal Support)

  • Onboarding & Induction Support
  • Collaborate with HR for onboarding new staff.
  • Deliver post-onboarding training on brand values and customer experience.
  • Ensure new hires complete training within the first month.
  • Manpower Coordination & Training Records
  • Work with HR/Store Managers to maintain updated manpower and training data.
  • Keep accurate, audit-ready training trackers by role and tenure.
  • Team Engagement & Energy-Building
  • Support HRBP with training-led engagement and energizer sessions.
  • Participate in knowledge-sharing events and foster collaborative learning.
  • Encourage positive morale through learning-focused initiatives.

Skills & Experience Required

  • 2 4 years experience in training delivery within fashion retail/lifestyle brands.
  • Graduate or Postgraduate; training/HR certifications preferred.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation in Kannada, English, and Hindi.
  • High energy, approachable, and people-development focused.
  • Proficient in LMS, digital learning tools, and MS Office.
  • Strong understanding of customer service and retail KPIs.
