The opportunity

This role provides intermediate-level system analysis, design, development, and implementation of applications and databases and supports backend performance optimization, data integration, documentation, and secure development practices.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Provides intermediate level system analysis, design, development, and implementation of applications and databases. Integrates third party products.
• Translates technical specifications into code for moderately complex new or enhancement projects for internal clients. Writes programs, develops code, tests artifacts, and produces reports. Employs software development techniques to ensure tests are implemented in a way that support automation.
• Elevates code into the development, test, and production environments on schedule. Provides follow up production support. Submits change control requests and documents.
• Follows software development methodology. Follows development architecture standards.
• Participates in design, code, and test inspections throughout the life cycle to identify issues. Participates in systems analysis activities.
• Understands client business functions and technology needs. Understands tools, technologies, and applications/databases, including those that interface with business area and systems.
• Learns and complies with Information Technology and Information Security policies and procedures.
• Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
• Contribute to optimizing system performance through efficient database design and code enhancements to support scalability.
• Support the integration and maintenance of data pipelines between APIs and backend systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Maintain and update software documentation for backend components, highlighting logic, processes, and architecture.
• Apply intermediate knowledge of backend system security and data protection best practices during development.

We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 CRM Developer with strong hands on expertise in development, configuration, and customization within the Dynamics 365 ecosystem. The ideal candidate will also have experience working with PowerApps, Power Automate, and foundational knowledge in .NET and JavaScript. Exposure to modern cloud and backend technologies is a strong advantage.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• 3 years of experience in application development, specifically focused on MS Dynamics.
• Bachelor’s degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Computer Science or IT, or Bachelor’s in Computer Applications (BCA).
• Experience with database design, SQL, and data optimization techniques for high-performance applications.
• Familiarity with : Java, Spring Boot, AWS Services (DynamoDB, S3, ECS, RDS, Athena, Lambda, SNS/SQS, Cloud Formation), Kinesis Streams, GitHub, CI/CD, TDD/BDD, Splunk, Honeycomb.Proficiency in Agile, Confluence, JIRA.
• Aptitude for continuous process improvement for process flows/workflows.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including front-end developers and business stakeholders.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern development tools is a plus.
