Job Summary

The primary objective of this role involves customizing and implementing D365 CRM, handling integrations, and

supporting business requirements. The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills, problem-solving

ability, and experience in CRM customizations, plugins, and workflows, ensuring efficient and scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, configure, and customize Dynamics 365 CRM components including security models, entities,

relationships, and UI elements (forms, views, dashboards).

  • Develop and implement business rules, workflows, plugins, and custom workflow activities.
  • Work with CRM SDK, publishers, and data modelling to build scalable solutions.
  • Integrate Dynamics 365 with third-party systems using CRM APIs and technologies such as C#, Power

Automate, SSIS, etc.

  • Design and generate reports using OOB reports, SSRS (FetchXML based), and Power BI.
  • Leverage Power Platform tools including Power Automate and Power Apps for process automation and

app development.

  • Manage solution lifecycle including managed/unmanaged solutions and patches.
  • Develop custom extensions and web applications on Dynamics 365 using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Provide technical design inputs and support data migration, mapping, and imports using standard CRM

APIs.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable and efficient CRM solutions.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 4–6 years of experience in Dynamics 365 CRM development and customization.
  • Strong understanding of CRM architecture, SDK, and data modeling concepts.
  • Hands-on experience in plugins, workflows, integrations, and Power Platform tools.
  • Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related technologies.
  • Experience in reporting tools such as SSRS and Power BI.
  • Knowledge of solution management and deployment processes.
  • Exposure to Field Service and CRM Portals is an added advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Solution Architect
  • Microsoft Power Platform Developer
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales
