Job Description:
The role involves working across the full project lifecycle, from pre-sales and solution design to implementation, go-live, and ongoing support. You will lead and deliver end-to-end Dynamics 365 CE solutions using advanced tools, techniques, and standard implementation methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement Dynamics 365 CE solutions, including Sales, Customer Service, Customer Insights (Journeys), and Project Service.
- Lead technical architecture and development activities for D365 CE and Power Platform.
- Customize and enhance Dynamics 365 CE based on business requirements.
- Develop solutions using C#, JavaScript, plugins, workflows, and Power Automate.
- Design integrations and data migration strategies.
- Participate in pre-sales activities, including solution design and estimations.
- Lead teams and ensure successful delivery using Agile methodologies.
- Provide post go-live support and continuous improvements.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 4+ years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE architecture experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in D365 CE development, integrations, and data migration.
- Expertise in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages).
- Deep understanding of Microsoft Dataverse.
- Strong programming skills in C# and JavaScript.
- Experience in at least one D365 module: Sales, Marketing/Customer Insights, Field Service, or Customer Service.
- Agile development experience.
- Proven track record of successful project delivery.
Soft Skills:
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities effectively.
- Good analytical and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to handle conflict and sensitive situations professionally.
