What we do

Lucidity is a company that provides an automated NoOps disk auto-scaler for cloud storage across AWS, Azure, and GCP. It addresses over-provisioned block storage by dynamically scaling capacity, increasing disk utilization to around 80% from 25-35%. This results in cost reductions of up to 70% for businesses. About the Role:

Lucidity is looking for a highly skilled Freelance Technical Writer to completely revamp our Knowledge Base.

As a Content Writer, you will support Lucidity’s growth strategy by creating high-quality content that educates technical audiences and improves discoverability across search engines, AI-powered search platforms, and developer communities.

Reporting to the SEO lead, this role will work closely with product marketing and subject matter experts.

Key Responsibilities:

• KB Audit & Infrastructure: Evaluate our current existing Knowledge Base articles and strategically restructure them into a world-class, self-serve Information Architecture.
• Technical Simplification: Translate complex cloud storage concepts and automated orchestration into clear, accessible documentation for all user levels.
• Visual Documentation: Design and integrate clear architecture diagrams and technical workflows that make our cloud storage products easy to visualize and understand.
• Source Material Translation: Use the existing KB as a foundation to seamlessly rewrite, update, and standardize all articles and technical terms.

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of experience in content writing or content marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS/Cloud Space
• Experience writing for technical audiences such as developers, DevOps teams, or cloud engineers
• Familiarity with SEO content best practices, while understanding of AEO and GEO concepts
