🧠 What We’re Looking For:

✔ 6–12 years of hands-on experience in motion graphics/animation

✔ Expertise in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop & Illustrator

✔ Strong sense of storytelling, design & visual aesthetics

✔ Ability to manage multiple projects with creativity & precision

✔ Bonus: Experience with 3D tools like Cinema 4D / Blender
