IELTS Centre Manager

This role is ideal for highly experienced IELTS trainers who are ready to move into a leadership position and take complete ownership of academic quality, student experience, and centre operations.

Pyramid e Institute is looking for an experienced and dynamic Centre Manager with a strong academic hold on IELTS to lead and manage our institute in Jalandhar.

Key Responsibilities

Academic Quality Control

- Monitor IELTS training across all modules: Listening, Reading, Writing, Speaking

- Ensure high-quality teaching standards across all batches

- Review student work and maintain correction accuracy

- Guide and support trainers to improve student band scores

Trainer Supervision

- Observe classes and provide feedback to trainers

- Train and mentor teachers to maintain consistency

- Ensure all trainers follow institute standards and methods

Centre Operations

- Manage day-to-day operations of the institute

- Maintain discipline, punctuality, and a professional environment

- Ensure smooth functioning of all classes and schedules

Student Handling & Walk-ins

- Counsel walk-in students and convert them into enrollments

- Address student concerns and ensure satisfaction

- Build a positive and supportive student environment

Social Media & Content

- Create simple and engaging content for Instagram

- Share student results, tips, and classroom highlights

- Support brand growth through content

Requirements

- 10- 15 years of IELTS teaching experience

- Strong command over all IELTS modules

- Proven academic expertise and results

- Experience handling students of different levels

- Leadership or senior trainer experience preferred

- Confident, disciplined, and responsible personality
