Your Role
- Drive Sellout and assigned targets of the region and drive sellout through promoters and non-promoter stores.
- Plan and oversee the execution of the National sales efforts, contributing to organizational revenue and growth targets.
- Optimizes shelves (portfolio, promotions, etc) Prescence and visibility and improves customer.
- Closely work with local sales team to realize sales targets at key customers and provide input for local strategies.
- Ensure execution as per planned timeline, budgets and brand integrity.
- Monitors and impact of new activities through sales metrics and reviews and implement strategies for improving activation efficiency and productivity.
- experience at purchase point to drive brand preference, increase conversions and basket size
- Manage, train, motivate and retain marketing executives, promoters & merchandisers. Drive retail training, POS and concept selling
- Be actively and consistently present in field on regular basis to implement and monitor trade sales and marketing initiatives.
- All regional Trade marketing activations and brand visibility in Modern & Traditional trade for Philips PH business
- Plan and implement regional & trade actions & promotions in order to optimize stock levels in the chain, stimulate sales-out and loyalty of distribution channel
- You are expected to do Traveling within defined geographies.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or equivalent.
- Preferably 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Open to travel
