Job Description
Job Summary
- The Department Head's job is to create an information network system for the utilization of Management as well as the different units in SMEBG in evaluating the performance of its line officers.
- Responsible for providing an effective planning process that will facilitate the identification of forecasting trends, threats and opportunities' measurement and assessment of potential of market segments' setting of short and long-term marketing goals and objectives' formulation of marketing strategies and programs for specific market segments' and evaluation of the sales performance of all Lending Centers & Divisions, comprising the SME Banking Group (SMEBG)
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Management Banking and Finance, Marketing, Accounting, Commerce of Economics
- At least 2-4 years banking experience.
- Planning Skill, knowledge of the Bank's Products and MIS.
