Qualifications
Education
- Pursuing MBA / Master’s in HR, Business Analytics, or related field
- OR Graduate with strong analytical orientation
Skills
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel (mandatory)
- Basic understanding of recruitment metrics and hiring processes
- Familiarity with Power BI / dashboards (preferred)
- High attention to detail and data accuracy
- Good analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Strong coordination and communication capability
